U.S. AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP 2009

Sebastian has played in this tournament for four (4) years since the age of 17 in Amateur-Championship Flight and won every single year.

He has won Charlotte County Tournament four (4) times playing alongside professional players who have been playing golf for many years. He has won this tournament every year since 2006.

This speaks great volume of Sebastian's prodigious talent who has discovered golf a few years ago after a motocross accident put an end to his racing career and has caused him to move to Florida and focus on professional golf on PGA Tour.

In November 2009 Sebastian was featured in GOLF CAPITAL as new up-and-coming PGA TOUR talent when he qualified for prestigious US Amateur Tournament in Southern Hills, Oklahoma in Naples, Florida.

See Sebastian's top choices of five (5 ) best US courses he has played on:

JOHN ANSELMO -TIGER WOODS AND SEBASTIAN

Tiger Woods with John Anselmo, Tiger's amateur coach at Cypress, California circa 1992

Sebastian Mark has been working with John Anselmo who has coached Tiger Woods for many years since Tiger's childhood at Cypress, CA until his PGA Tour career. Because of Sebastian's work with this legendary coach Sebastian has been able to maximize his talent in less than five (5) years in one-third of the time it took many of his peers who have been playing since childhood.

John Anselmo goes back to the classical world of golf. He has played with Sam Snead and competed with the likes of Ben Hogan and Byron Nelson. He has taught Tiger Woods since he was a boy ever since Earl Woods has brought Tiger to John Anselmo in their home town of Cypress, CA where Tiger grew up, and John Anselmo has trained Tiger for many years.

In 2004 John Anselmo and Sebastian Mark became friends and under John Anselmo's training and instruction Sebastian has rapidly broke 80'ies and 70'ies. Within 1-year Sebastian was a scratch player shooting at par and below, and few years later he was consistently shooting under par with a plus +3.7 handicap as amateur golfer.

Sebastian's average playing score on development tours, on mini-tours, Web.com Tour and PGA Tour qualifiers as professional golfer consistently improves. At PGA Tour Puerto Rico Open at Rio del Mar in March 2013 he missed his qualifying spot by one shot with a score of 67.

Sebastian's putting coach is Mike Shannon who also worked with Tiger Woods at Isleworth for many years  and who now coaches Sebastian at Sea Island, Georgia. For the past 16 years Mike Shannon has coached the best professional players, including Tiger on PGA Tour.

LEVEL OF CONTROL - SEBASTIAN'S MX RACING PASSION

Sebastian began playing golf when he was 14-years-old. On the day he picked up his very first set of clubs in 2004 his Mom was quite stunned when he began playing as if he has been playing golf all his life, surprising everyone at the level he was controlling the ball.

Up to 2004 Sebastian was preparing to be a professional motocross racer with plan to race professionally as soon as he turned 16 for the professional Team Yamaha racing team in Cypress, California. Since he was racing motorcycles in California since very young age he was growing up catching up to racers in advanced ranks quickly, and looking forward to professional career in motocross. He raced both 125cc and 250cc class of bikes normally reserved for racers much older than him.

In April 2004 Sebastian lost control over the bike during a jump, and as the bike cartwheeled, the pipe of the bike landed on his body causing 3rd degree burns on his upper arm. The wound would not heal for nearly one (1) year.

Up to 2004 Sebastian had only minor injuries, they certainly were nothing as serious as the accident in Spring 2004 that put him out of racing for nearly a year.

Sebastian's 125cc Yamaha bike he raced on since the age of 9

Soon after his major motorcycle accident in 2004 Sebastian enthusiastically picked his first set of golf clubs and began playing golf. Within months Sebastian went from breaking 80ies to breaking 70'ies, and months later under the guidance of John Anselmo, former Tiger Woods teacher and coach, Sebastian has become scratch player in less than a year.

Sebastian's very first 18-hole round of golf in his life took place at PGA Headquarters West in Beaumont, CA, near Palm Springs in the Summer of 2004.
