Sebastian began playing golf when he was 14-years-old. On the day he picked up his very first set of clubs in 2004 his Mom was quite stunned when he began playing as if he has been playing golf all his life, surprising everyone at the level he was controlling the ball.
Up to 2004 Sebastian was preparing to be a professional motocross racer with plan to race professionally as soon as he turned 16 for the professional Team Yamaha racing team in Cypress, California. Since he was racing motorcycles in California since very young age he was growing up catching up to racers in advanced ranks quickly, and looking forward to professional career in motocross. He raced both 125cc and 250cc class of bikes normally reserved for racers much older than him.

In April 2004 Sebastian lost control over the bike during a jump, and as the bike cartwheeled, the pipe of the bike landed on his body causing 3rd degree burns on his upper arm. The wound would not heal for nearly one (1) year.
Up to 2004 Sebastian had only minor injuries, they certainly were nothing as serious as the accident in Spring 2004 that put him out of racing for nearly a year.

Soon after his major motorcycle accident in 2004 Sebastian enthusiastically picked his first set of golf clubs and began playing golf. Within months Sebastian went from breaking 80ies to breaking 70'ies, and months later under the guidance of John Anselmo, former Tiger Woods teacher and coach, Sebastian has become scratch player in less than a year.
Sebastian's very first 18-hole round of golf in his life took place at PGA Headquarters West in Beaumont, CA, near Palm Springs in the Summer of 2004.
